How to make a classic Negroni?

Negroni, while iconic, is a bit of a marmite cocktail. You either love it or hate it - we're firmly in the first camp!

Negroni is also a super simple drink to make at home. Here's our recipe.

Ingredients you'll need

25ml Madame Jennifer Triple Orange Gin

25ml Madame Jennifer Vermouth (we only sell this as a part of our Negroni kit, but you can get individual bottles from In the loop drinks)

25ml Madame Jennifer Amaro

Sugar syrup (if you like)

Slice of orange for garnish

Here's how to make it

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2. Add the gin, vermouth, and Amaro to the glass.

3. Stir well until chilled.

4. Add just under a teaspoon of sugar syrup. You can easily make sugar syrup at home by mixing equal amounts of caster sugar and boiling water. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

5. Garnish with a slice of orange.

6. Enjoy!
